Process — The Tectonic way Founder-led · Low-volume

Process.

Twenty years of disciplined craft. Every project drawn, engineered, and built by the same small studio — sketch to commissioning.

The studio model

A deliberately small practice.

Tectonic Pools is a low-volume, high-end studio. Annual capacity is held tight so that founder Zac Dejanovic remains directly on every project — operating the excavator, fixing steel, shotcreting, tiling, and commissioning alongside a small, long-standing crew.

The work is engineering-led. Soil, load paths, hydraulics, and waterproofing are resolved before construction begins. Geometry is drawn against the architecture of the home, not fitted beside it.

Most enquiries come from architects, designers, and past clients. We are happy to walk a prospective client through a finished build before contracts are signed.

Standards & partners

Compliance is a baseline, not a finish line.
